AWS Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS/Linux Systems Administrator to manage,maintain and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure. In this role,you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, security and performace of our Linux-based services running on Amazon Web Services(AWS). you will work closely with development and DevOps teams to automate deployments,monitor systems and Troubleshootcomplex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure,maintain and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure,including EC2,S3,RDS,VPC,IAM and Route53
  • Manage an optimize AWS infrastructure,Linux servers and overall IT systems for performace uptime and security
  • Monitor systems,analyze logs and proactively Troubleshoot issues
  • Automate provisioning and maintenance using scripting (Bash/Python) and tools(Ansible,puppet,Chef)
  • Implement security,patching backups and disaster recovery processes
  • Document systems and Collaborate with engineers to surpport deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  • 3+ years Linux administration with hands on AWS experience
  • Strong knowledge of Linux,AWS core services and network (TCP/IP,DNS,SSH,VPNs)
  • proficiency in scripting (BASH/python) and configuration managment tools
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Skills and Abilities
  • AWS Certificate e.g AWS certified SysOps Administrator,AWS certified Solutions Architect
  • Experience with containerization technologies(Docker,kubernetes/EKS)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code(laC)tools like Terraform
  • Experience withCI/CD tools(jenkins,gitlabCI,AWS CodePipeline)
